Walter wanted an electric guitar that could also have an acoustic edge to it, inspired by the sound of Martin Taylor.

His guitar has a Gibson pickup and a Fishman piezo bridge. They can be mixed by using an Mimesis pre-amp that is completely hidden under the pickguard.

The system sounds excellent when the piezo pickup is blended with the magnetic pickup. It adds an acoustic edge to the sound that is truly unique.
