This L-5 is very unique and wonderful among the guitars that I own, have ever owned, or ever played. It’s like this guitar has an extra gear for PUNCH. It doesn’t have a lot of sustain (like a Martin flattop) but that is not what I was looking for. It has a gutsy, warm, rounded, ballsy tone. It is not at all intimidated by being played hard, it just plays hard with me.
You are a GREAT guitar builder (and seem to be a nice guy too). Someday I’ll get to Europe.
